Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used.
How to Request a Return
- Send an email to hello@jifzo.com with your order number, description, and photos of the item.
- We will guide you through the process and confirm the return instructions.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For
- Change of mind
- Items purchased outside our website
- Items without proof of purchase
